Certified in RIPQA afterschool teaching methods, Wendy applies her passion to developing afterschool and science enrichment programs that promote healthy lifestyle habits at an early age through various engaging program activities:
          -  Engaging in walking adventures that include a touch of magic
          -  Experiencing the healthful benefits of fresh air, nature, and sunlight
          -  Building mindfulness and observation abilities.
          -  Presenting outstanding examples of nature literature to inspire self-expression
          -  Encouraging the sharing of ideas and opinions through conversation, art,
              storytelling, and writing

Wendy travels to elementary schools around Rhode Island to facilitate  programs. She tailors her innovative hands-on curriculum to be relevant to each school's local ecology. Wendy is available to facilitate mentor training for schools and other organizations interested in implementing Netwalking in their communities.

Wendy earned her B.A. at Colgate University in 1980 and her M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business in 1985. Wendy and her husband Dean have two children now in college.
